Cutest Laundry in Town: Month Four

I have about seven other blog posts to write, but I thought this one was the most important, I mean a girl only turns 4 months old once, right?!?!

Monday our very own Small Fry turned four months old!  We had her check up on Tuesday and our pediatrician said that Syd was doing awesome!  She doesn’t think she is behind at all, let along six weeks behind for her corrected age (born at 34+ weeks).  Dr. Hillery was thrilled with how happy Sydney was, but was able to see that she was still high maintenance by needing to be held all.the.time or at least interacted with at.all.times, as well as continuing to be a human fountain.  I didn’t think her amount of spit up in the office was terribly impressive compared to usual, but the doc certainly took notice.  Syd is more comfortable about the spit ups now though and GROWING, so all is well.

As for her stats:

Height: 23.62” (16.48%)
Weight: 13 lbs 7 oz (34.5%)
Head circumference 40.3 (41.75%)

Fun fact, at 4 months, Colbie was 23.5” long and 33% for weight.  Not to shabby Syd for coming out over a pound less!

And now for the cutest laundry, which may earn the new title of angriest laundry.  Sister REALLY hates the basket.  Don’t worry Syd, only eight more months to go :)

This picture was taken on Wednesday, she was a hot mess from her shots, sorry baby.  But boy does this girl respond well to a little Tylenol.

You think I’m joking about the whole spit up thing?  No, we cannot keep a shirt clean for more than 60 seconds, tops.  I finally gave up after multiple shirt changes.  And for the record, no babies were injured in the removal of stickers.  But yeah, look how happy she is about the basket!

As for Small Fry’s likes as of late:

Florida, sister loved the warm weather!!!
Laying up on her right side
Boat rides (She went on her first one in Florida and slept the whole time!)
Sleeping in her CRIB!
Her hands
Baths
Sleeping LONG stretches through the night (anywhere from 6-12 hours!)

The bumbo, while watching her big sister do just about anything.  (The Colbie Show on Syd’s behalf is how I get things done in the morning.)

And dislikes:

Being put down
Not being entertained at all times
Her car seat (ugh)
Her stroller (ugh)
Waiting for bottles
