Happy Birthday Hurricane Sydney!

While we were in Michigan, Syd turned the big 1!!!!  In some ways it seems impossible that a year has gone by, but in another way, we still remember her rough start very clearly.  The rough start mostly meaning the six months we spent on the yoga ball bouncing with her in the Ergo.  She has turned into such a happy girl, but continues to give us a run for our money in terms of her busyness.

Happy Birthday Sydney Elise, what an adventure you have been so far.  We are holding our breath and looking forward to all of the years to come.

Let there be cake!

Shortly after this picture we took the cake away.  She has already eaten about half of the entire thing.  When we took it away, she got crazy mad.

And then there were more presents!
