Country Living

A couple of weeks ago Colbie and I boarded the ferry and headed across the lake to visit Papa and GG's.  We were there for three full days, and boy did we pack in the excitement!!!!

We celebrated a couple of very important birthdays!!!!

We ate lots of cake and ice cream!!

We took long walks

And fun rides!!!

Where we helped papa feed the cows: 

The cows weren't the only hungry ones around.  We had to feed the fish too.  

But don't worry, it wasn't all work.  There was some playing too.  Playing on and around some fun, fast toys!  

We learned important things, like how to steer

 And shift

 And we even worked on buckling ourselves in.  Safety first folks.

 We are pretty sure someone might be a bit of a "gear head".

 But then it was back to work, because in a drought like this, the flowers don't water themselves!

 But at the end of the day, when the work was done, everyone has time for some tickling!
