Out of nowhere

On September 15th, at 10 months old, Colbie decided she would show us how she can crawl. She had never really tried to get any where and didn't practice crawling at all, she just did this:

Notice the first thing she ever crawled to was a shoe.

Then...on October 5th, at 10 months old and less than three weeks after she started crawling, we were practicing "standing like a big girl" and Little Miss took off. She has never taken any unassisted steps on her own before...ever.

Her primary mode of transportation is still crawling, but last night she walked the entire length of her room.

I think it's fair to say we are starting to wonder what else C. can do but just hasn't bothered to show us yet.
